Place meal orders by Thursday to guarantee delivery for the following week. Deliveries are Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. ***Pick up is not available at this time.

  3. Choose 8 sides (all sides are listed). The sides can be customized to meet vegan requirements. (You can pick 4 sides and double for 8 sides)
  4. Submit your order
  5. Complete payment using button below order form.
  6. Once you place your first order, then send your following orders to backtobasicscookingorders@gmail.com, this will prevent you from being charged again.
  7. Not home during delivery, not a problem, leave a cooler with an ice pack and the meals will be placed right inside it.
