Back To Basics Cooking started in 2014 because I believe that good nutrition begins with me. I have a Nutrition Science degree from Russell Sage College. So, I will be able to advise, design, and create specific meal plans for your needs.
I am ServSafe certified, and allergy certified. I understand that not all people are created equal when it comes to allergies and digestive issues. I will accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, diseases, and digestive disorders.
She is also a children's book author. Her first book, Morgan's Journey is the thought-provoking story of Morgan, who, as the new girl in the neighborhood, is bullied. As she struggles to resolve her conflict, she seeks spiritual guidance from Scripture and her mother. Johnston's story provides life lessons for youth and adults alike.
