Charcuterie Board *

Blending savory with salty, sweet, and spicy. Variety of 3 cheeses from local farms, with your choices of salami, ham, prosciutto, or roast beef. (Additional choices upon request) Hot pepper jelly, fig jam, variety of dried fruits, olives, and stuffed cherry peppers, breads, and crackers.

Fresh Fruit, Vegetable, and Cheese Plater

Variety of fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, and cheeses from local farms, served with breads, crackers, sweet jams and honey butter.

Chilled Shrimp Bar

A classic shrimp bar complimented with savory and spicy homemade dipping sauces. Fresh shrimp served over ice with lemons and limes, and your choices of traditional cocktail sauce, balsamic cocktail sauce, or Mexican-style cocktail sauce.

Everything Bagel and Salmon Bites

Thinly sliced everything bagel chips topped with smoked salmon and finished with creme fraiche and capers.

Traditional Pigs in a Blanket

A wedding classic, cocktail-sized hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls and baked to golden brown. Served with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.

Artichoke and Spinach Crostini *

Creamy, cheesy artichoke and spinach dip baked until hot and bubbly and served with olive oil and herbed baguettes. (Dairy Free Option available)

Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Scallops wrapped in bacon and cooked until tender.

Roasted Mushroom Crostini *

Mushrooms roasted with balsamic vinegar, garlic, and dry red wine, and served on a crispy baguette with herbed cheese spread and finished with fresh thyme.

Guacamole Deconstructed Skewers

A fun twist on classic guacamole. Avocado chunks, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes marinated overnight in a spicy siracha sauce and served on mini wooden skewers.

Jalapeno Poppers

Spicy, hot jalapenos are stuffed with a savory cream cheese.

Garlicky, cheesy, and crispy smashed Yukon Gold potatoes.

Duchess Potatoes

A classic French dish made with piped mashed potatoes that are enriched with egg yolks and butter.

Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary

Grilled Chicken with Peach BBQ Sauce

 Chicken breast, bacon, and peach preserves, oh, my! Savory and sweet come together in a delightful taste.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Breast

Chicken breast is baked in a mixture of Dijon mustard and whole mustard and sweetened with honey and a little splash of lemon juice.

Tuscan Chicken

Chicken breast cooked in a well-balanced creamy and savory sauce.

BBQ Ribs

Baby back ribs are slow baked with bacon and finished with BBQ sauce.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Steak marinated overnight with onions, mushrooms, garlic, and red wine vinegar before grilled to perfection.

Beef Tenderloin

Beef tenderloin seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper, black lime powder, tomato powder, and ground cumin and wrapped in foil overnight. Broiled and then baked on low heat. Served rare to medium.
